Client Brief : Our customer, a large manufacturing company based on the central NSW coast needed software to manage a large number of labels to be printed in different formats and configurations. The system needed to connect to the companys SAP stock management and inventory system.
Our Solution : We supplied 15 label printers, Bartender Automation software and application software which was integrated into the into the company's ERP system and printer management system. The software allows simple access to the manufacturing system and removes multiple error fraught processes.

This project uses Bartender Automation 15 printers edition | This is the main screen of the software. Once all the details have been chosen the operator clicks on the "Print" Button and the data is sent to a pre-formatted Bartender label. The Automation version allows the definition of multiple processsing steps | We supplied 11 iDPRt iX4 industrial thermal printers for this application. | We also supplied 4 iDPRT iT4E thermal printers. |
