This package is designed to increase the efficiency and accuracy of orders being picked in a fulfillment centre.
Client Brief : Our customer needed a simple and cost effective solution to increase the throughput and accuracy of orders being picked and shipped from a fulfillment centre
Our Solution : We supplied several industrial portable PC devices, application software and integration into the company's ERP system. The process is simple in its execution in that the scanner imports the picking details by scanning a packing slip barcode. As the items are scanned/picked the software keeps tally and traps any errors such as over picking or incorrect barcode scanning. If an order can't be completed an email is sent to a supervisor for action

For this project we chose the Chainway C66 Android scanner with a Zebra scan engine. This unit is very rugged and is fitted with the latest Android O/S 11 C66 brochure | Above is a screen shot of the picking panel.
