This package is designed to automate the management and tracking of assets. Jobs can be generated at any time and a reservation scheme is available to schedule future jobs.
Client Brief : To supply a hardware/software solution to track assets which are used by a catering company. The package must generate job reports which allocate items to a particular customer, allow goods to be scanned in and out of stock plus generate reports showing item locations, scan out date, scan in date and current location of assets.
Our Solution : We supplied a label printer, portable PC scanner, special labels and software. The system allows the creation of a job which is allocated to a customer or event location. The portable PC is used to scan the asset locations which are then loaded into the PC database. The software allows the creation/replacement of barcoded labels and stores item locations. At any time the management can produce a report showing the location of assets and their due date.
